Brian and his crew at Sir Grout are amazing. They were very professional and the outcome was better than expected. We had horrendous Saltillo tiled floors that sorely needed to be replaced; however, due to cost we decided to try to restore them. We got three estimates and although Sir Grout did not come in under the others, we liked Brian's professional demeanor and the way he discussed the job with us. We love our restored Saltillo tile floors thanks to Sir Grout.

Brian and his crew at Sir Grout are great! I used them a few years ago for a small condo job so when it came time to hone and clean my personal home floors, i thought i would give them a call. Once again, very pleased with the outcome. The crew was on time, professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. They helped move my furniture too which was a plus. Cleaned, recolored and sealed 15 yr old tile flooring of about 850 sq ft. They arrived on time, were super neat, friendly and helpful and did a wonderful job with the previously "nasty" floors. I would advise everyone use them!

The team arrived on schedule for quote and for service. After making sure the employees and I were on the same page for work to be performed, which we were, I left the house for a period of time to stay out of their way. When I returned they were nearly done and answered any questions I had, along with an invited walk through to see that everything had been completed. I was delighted with all phases of their work and they turned our old crusty looking tile and grout into what appears to be a new installation. I would and have already recommended their services to anyone who is in need of complete tile and grout cleaning and expects to get what they pay for. Brian and his crew are professionals in their field and obviously do not need to be micromanaged. This was a welcomed outcome after having regrettable conclusions on other companies in all aspects of remodeling our home.

Sir Grout far exceeded my expectations. My tile floors showed staining and discoloration after only 6 years of normal wear and living. When customers say the floors turned out better than new, I was just hoping for good. However, the results really are better than new! The cleaning process and sealing produced exactly what was promised. Brian and his team were the most professional, prompt, and polite gentleman. They treated my home as if it were their own. Their attention to detail was amazing. Everything was spotless when they left. After spending hundreds of dollars in the past with some of the other highly advertised tile cleaning companies I will never call anyone again other than Sir Grout. I will also be setting up the routine deep clean every 6 months. Sir Grout is by far the best!!!
