Professionally done on all levels
Good reasonable pricing too.
We had an excellent experience with Sir Grout. We had them change the color of the grout from medium gray to bright white. The transformation is incredible.
The service manager (Zach) was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He was very responsive to all of our questions and concerns.
The technician (Omar) who performed the work was also professional and courteous. Furthermore, he is very skilled. He meticulously demonstrated care, precision, and attention to detail.
Great job to everyone involved with our project.
Zach came by to give us a quote to clean bathroom floor. He did a sample test and decided it wasn't going to be possible to get the grout clean. Too old and stained — with several different types of grout applications. He said we would not be happy with results, and he would not be comfortable doing the job like that.
Unfortunately, we will have to replace the floor.
However, he charged us nothing for this house call and even offered us some good advice for going forward.
I wanted to give a big shout out for his honesty and integrity. A great spokesperson for his company. I would definitely call them again.
This is a great company. They've been coming to my house for years. They clean and seal the grout, and everything just looks fresh and beautiful.
Zach came out today to give us a quote for a master bathroom, quest bathroom counter and a small section in our kitchen. Zach was very thorough to explain the process and had examples of the products used along with grout samples to select.
The quote was about what we expected. Looking forward to having the work done. Thank you, Zach.
Zach and Juan were a great team. Zach communicated well and was very flexible and Juan was efficient with our services.
Marko did a fantastic job with our house. We had all of our tile cleaned and color sealed. It had been two years since we moved into our new build and the grout was pretty bad. It looks brand new!
Thank you so much for the work you did in restoring our grout. Our house feels much cleaner!
Great work! I will be using them again when I tear out my Showers. Jose was fabulous. Spent most of the day working on the grout. I highly recommend!!
Juan Rico did a great job and my floor looks new again. He moved the furniture and put it all back. Professional and great customer service
