What a great experience using Sir Grout. I knew about the company but Zach came out and bid the job. He was great! The scheduling was easy and day of, the guys showed up on time. Omar and Marko were friendly, professional and did an incredible job. Our floors look brand new - they are gorgeous! All the furniture was moved & put back - they really did an incredible job. I would highly recommend them!
The grout was starting to get real bad. I was afraid the tiles would start breaking. We asked to see if they could help. They did a tile and grout restoration. Looks like new! Absolutely did an amazing job.
I was deciding between replacing my ceramic tile that covers our entire 1st floor, but decided to reach out to Sir Grout regarding their color sealing option. I cannot believe how my floors turned out, they look brand new and better than when it was first installed. The guys that completed the work were on time, very friendly, moved all the furniture, and were extremely thorough. It took about 6-7 hours, and they didn't miss an inch. I'm so happy I spent money on this rather than spending thousands on replacing my flooring! You cannot go wrong with this company!
Zach, Juan, and Larsden were fabulous! Zach came to give a quote the day after my request and did a demo of the service. I'd never had a demo offered before which was awesome- I had immediate confidence in the product I was buying. He also measured and gave me a quote on site. Other companies texted me a quote without seeing the space or measuring. Zach also fit me into the schedule within a few days. Juan and Larsden did an awesome job cleaning and color sealing the grout. The floors look like new! I will def be using them each year for cleanings! Highly recommend!
