Sir Grout showed up on time, did all the contracted work and achieved the promised results, worked diligently until the job was done, showed pride in their work and I will definitely hire them again when my marble tiles need a touch up.
Highly recommended.
Everything came out exceptionally well. No issues at all. Had to shower Tiles cleaned, the corners re-grouted all the way up. Looks new!
They came in to fix a botched grout job from another contractor. They did an excellent job. Highly recommend!
Floors look great, 3 shades lighter, and the new grout lines are fantastic!!
Timely, hard working and professional crew and the result is a tile floor that looks brand new!
Very good company
From start to finish
Professionally done on all levels
Good reasonable pricing too.
We had an excellent experience with Sir Grout. We had them change the color of the grout from medium gray to bright white. The transformation is incredible.
The service manager (Zach) was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He was very responsive to all of our questions and concerns.
The technician (Omar) who performed the work was also professional and courteous. Furthermore, he is very skilled. He meticulously demonstrated care, precision, and attention to detail.
Great job to everyone involved with our project.
Zach came by to give us a quote to clean bathroom floor. He did a sample test and decided it wasn't going to be possible to get the grout clean. Too old and stained — with several different types of grout applications. He said we would not be happy with results, and he would not be comfortable doing the job like that.
Unfortunately, we will have to replace the floor.
However, he charged us nothing for this house call and even offered us some good advice for going forward.
I wanted to give a big shout out for his honesty and integrity. A great spokesperson for his company. I would definitely call them again.
