I have a new build home and wanted to seal the grout in my tile. Sir Grout Phoenix (who I found via Yelp but is featured in the East Valley 2026 Best Pick guide for home services!) sent someone out to my home for an in-person consultation. This person educated me on the different products and services that could potentially fill my need, and we discussed my lifestyle/living habits to determine which would suit me best. He even performed a live demo of the product we chose, and that settled it.
The pricing was very competitive -literally within a couple hundred dollars of the competitor quotes I gathered- and they were able to get me on the schedule within a week's time of signing the quote. Someone came to the home, arriving right one time and working quite quickly.
They sealed the grout in my entire house in less than one workday's time, and explained we can walk on it after just 24 hours. Best of all (for me) they supplied us with their proprietary cleaning solution, and they do provide "touch-ups" for the sealing, which means that as years pass and high-traffic areas wear out, I won't have to pay to have the entire house redone.

This was the second time Sir Grout Phoenix has brought our slate floors back to life, but we also asked if there was anything that could be done with our master bath ceramic floor tile that I was sure needed replacing.
When they had finished with the flooring, it looked and felt better than when it was installed, which says a little about the installation, but much more about the level of detail and performance by Sir Grout Phoenix.
Lastly, and this is even rarer than getting the service you feel like you paid for, which is that Sir Grout Phoenix has employees that were with the company 10 years ago when we first used them. That tells me a lot about the ownership, and we really appreciate the efforts of Zach and Juan to make sure our floors were perfect.
