Sales manager, Zach, came over and went over all options available for the jobs needed, from a simple cleaning and sealing of shower tile to a complete restoration. The kitchen tile and grout needed cleaning and sealing, and Zach offered an option of coloring and sealing the grout. He left me with all the options so I could take my time to decide. I went with the total package!
The next Monday, Larson came over to do the shower restoration. He was here all day! He would invite me to look at the progress and explain to me what was being done. The shower looks brand new! On Tuesday, Omar came over to do the kitchen tile and it too looks so fresh. Larson and Omar both did a great job. I highly recommend Sir Grout Phoenix.
