Zach of Sir Grout was very professional when he walked in and checked the area to give an estimate. I found the price to be reasonable for the service they provide, and Michael and Omar did a great job on the actual day.

On the next day, I found a portion of the area that was missing sealant. After checking with Zach about it, Michael was able to come in and fix that area.

Overall, the folks at this company that I interacted with are extremely professional and kind. I hope the sealant they applied extends the life of the grout, and I also hope that this company comes back if needed as mentioned in the warranty.

Sir Grout is amazing. I was looking to have my grout cleaned and called several different companies and Sir Grout was the first company to actually answer my initial phone call. I couldn't believe how many companies let calls go to VM. The person I spoke to was friendly kind, and very helpful. I was able to set up an initial estimate meeting on the first call. When the estimator showed up, he was awesome. Very informative and gave a great price quote. After accepting the quote, we had the date set for when the technicians came over and they did a great job, it looks like my tile was in installed brand new. I highly recommend Sir Grout.
