- Sales rep arrived on time. He was very pleasant, presented all options and gave me a very fair and competitive price. I was impressed enough to sign up on the spot, I didn't even care about getting other quotes at that point.
- Crew arrived on time, were all very pleasant and did a PHENOMENAL job. My tiles never looked better. What a difference does recoloring the grout makes. It looks like I have new flooring now. I am in love with my travertine tiles now and to think that only a few days ago I was thinking of demoing and replacing all of it! I am so glad I didn't.
Overall this company is very highly recommended. They are very punctual, they do a great job, and they do it all (Cleaning, polishing, grout recoloring, fixing chips...etc).

Juan did a fantastic job cleaning, re-grouting and sealing our tile! It has been over 20 years since was installed and it again looks like new. I would not have believed it could look this good again! HIGHLY recommend this business, very professional from start to finish.
WOW!! We were not sure what to do with our tile floor. After 13 years the grout was badly stained and dark. Zach came out and gave us a quote, which we were pleased with. Juan was here to clean the tile, the grout and to put the color on the grout. He did a great job. The floors look amazing! I wish we would have know about Sir Grout years ago. Thank you!
