You showed up on time and were very professional in your explanation of the process and what to expect when the work was completed. Your quote was fair and commensurate with the quality of the work. Juan was on time and was diligent in his work throughout the entire job. We bought him a Chipotle burrito for lunch. Despite our urging him to take a minute to eat, he worked straight through until the job was done. He finished in less than the time you quoted. The results were beyond our expectations! The tiles look just like they did when they were first installed and grouted. Unbelievable! I have a rule that when I have an appointment with a contractor for an estimate that they must be on time. Brian showed up at the appointed time to the minute! This was an indication to me that Sir Grout was a professional operation. As expected, the job that they did was excellent and at a competitive price. The floors and shower look like they are new. I highly recommend Sir Grout.

So, I was back and forth for leaving a review and in the end I feel at least some of the story needs to be told. We have travertine tiles and there was a topical wax left from previous owners that needed to get stripped. Needless to say this was a tough job. There was some hick ups along the way, but the true character of the owner shined through. For everything that happened, and details of that are not important, the owner got 10 stars for top notch customer service. I gave 4 stars due to what happened balanced with excellent customer service. The important thing is with all that happened i am not scared to refer them or use them again and hope to do business as needed in the future.

Outstanding technical performance on the grout sealer. We had our floors cleaned and sealed and also decided to change the grout color to be significantly lighter to match the body color of the tile. Cannot tell you what a huge visual difference this made. Made our tile look really beautiful and almost posh. Brian was courteous and prompt and gave us a reasonable quote. His work crew was efficient and did very nice work including behind the refrigerator, the stove, and the washer and dryer. It has been years since they did the work and it looked like the day the finished it. We have since sold that home and we think this one upgrade alone made the house sell so quickly within a day of it being listed on the market. Highly recommend Sir Grout.

I have used Sir Grout for several years and always been pleased with their work performed to clean floor tile grout. I have rentals and many times the grout is really bad. After Sir Grout cleans it, the house smells good and tile looks fabulous as if it is brand new! All work is done for a reasonable price with no gimmicks. I highly recommend Sir Grout the next time you want your tile looking like it did when it was installed.

Everyone I dealt with from the quote I got to having the work done were friendly, professional, and efficient. I have a lot of travertine that needed to be stripped, polished, and sealed. It was a big job, but was worth the expense. Two technicians did the work, and were very careful with moving and replacing my furniture, which was a big deal to me. The other company I got a quote from planned to just "work around" the furniture, which made no sense! I would highly recommend Sir Grout.

Really really happy with the job Sir Grout did! We have 2300 square feet of slate tile that was starting to look dingy, and the grout was beginning to chip and crack in places. They came in and repaired all the grout, thoroughly cleaned all the floors, then sealed everything. We went with a glossy finish, and loved the results. When a friend came over a week later, he was afraid to walk on the floor, because he thought it was wet!
