After living with "supposed to be antique white" grout for eight frustrating years, and trying every "this one will do it!" hint about cleaning grout on Google, I found Sir Grout. Brian Simonitsch, Owner, and his crew were amazing, and the results were spectacular. Brian clearly explained everything I could expect, patiently suffered my many questions, and provided a quote on the spot. The work was scheduled for only about two weeks out, and his crew arrived on time. The three men worked diligently and were refreshingly polite and extremely careful with my many antiques. I'm particular and fussy; Brian came out the very next day to address the few minor issues/questions I had. It takes a LOT to have me smiling about every aspect of a home improvement contractor, and I'm smiling!

The gentlemen who came were on time, friendly, and professional. They explained exactly what they were going to do and how it would be done. After cleaning and drying the tile they proceeded to repair the grout. Both the tile and the area they repaired the grout looked great. We would recommend them and will certainly use them in the future.

It started with an email to the business. Their office called me back within 2 hours.I made an appointment for a free estimate. The owner (himself) made the estimate and they started within a week. Owner Brian kept me advised of when the crew was going to be at my home. He was very accomodating and personable and professional. When the crew got here they went right to work. They told us what they were going to do and how they were going to do it. They were great!

This was probably one of the most pleasant experiences we've had as far as home maintenance goes. The owner Brian went the extra mile in every way. We were ready to spend twice as much with another company that was going to "colorseal" all of our grout throughout the house. Brian took a look and said it just needed a good cleaning, showing me an example in a "test" area. Half the price sounded good to us! The 6 yr old showers needed a good seal on grout along with some minor repair to grout. Brian's assistant did a great job. When he ran into a "snag", he and Brian talked it over, shared their concerns with me and we went from there. It was so nice to see how much Brian genuinely cared about customer satisfaction. Once the "colorseal" was painstakingly applied to the grout in showers, the showers looked brand new, better than they ever looked, actually! They did a fine job. They were able to come in a little earlier than they first thought to help accommodate me. But then because of that last night's schedule change, some of the guys were called off to do other jobs. It wasn't a problem in our case but it just took a little longer. Their work was wonderful. Their price was almost half of what the other companies have estimated. I give them an A for responsiveness because of their ability to fix their schedule and get here soon.

Our entire house is tiled. We had procrastinated about hiring a professional company for a long time because we were concerned about the mess and expense and didn't expect much of an improvement. Another issue we had was that the grout on the travertine tile on the floor of our sunken tub/shower had rust-looking stains. We suspected that we might have to regrout. Then I remembered the name Sir Grout having seen their display at a home show several years ago. I researched it on Angle's List. The reviews looked great and there was a coupon. The owner, Brian, came out to our home to give us an estimate. He was a great communicator. My expectations were realistic and the price was reasonable. I booked the job for the earliest available date which was about a week out. Brian called me that day and told me when Ben and Brady would arrive. He said the job would take a few hours. Thank you for coming to my house to see how the badly look grout was. I thought you come to work here, but the two young men were here to work. They were the best job on my whole floor. Look so new floor, I love it very much. and work around in the bathroom showers. I thank for the young men put all furnitures outside when they finish, put all back inside. Less than a year ago I had the marble tile in our home polished and the grout redone. I chose a locally owned company also rated on Angie's to do it. They did a great job on the marble-replacing several tiles and chips BUT the grout not so much. The grout started to come out in several areas. In some parts of the house the job was A+ in others an epic fail. I exchanged several phone calls with the owner of Company X-no luck. Finally a scheduled appointment--a no show. SO---I call Sir Grout. Brian the owner very carefully looked at the problem and explained what happened and the solution. He had to go line by line and fill in the grout with a special filler. He did a test patch( for free) and we lived with it for several weeks. It held and he came back and finished the tedious and extensive job. It looks amazing! I wish I had called him in the beginning of this process.
