The team arrived on schedule for quote and for service. After making sure the employees and I were on the same page for work to be performed, which we were, I left the house for a period of time to stay out of their way. When I returned they were nearly done and answered any questions I had, along with an invited walk through to see that everything had been completed. I was delighted with all phases of their work and they turned our old crusty looking tile and grout into what appears to be a new installation. I would and have already recommended their services to anyone who is in need of complete tile and grout cleaning and expects to get what they pay for. Brian and his crew are professionals in their field and obviously do not need to be micromanaged. This was a welcomed outcome after having regrettable conclusions on other companies in all aspects of remodeling our home.

Sir Grout far exceeded my expectations. My tile floors showed staining and discoloration after only 6 years of normal wear and living. When customers say the floors turned out better than new, I was just hoping for good. However, the results really are better than new! The cleaning process and sealing produced exactly what was promised. Brian and his team were the most professional, prompt, and polite gentleman. They treated my home as if it were their own. Their attention to detail was amazing. Everything was spotless when they left. After spending hundreds of dollars in the past with some of the other highly advertised tile cleaning companies I will never call anyone again other than Sir Grout. After living with "supposed to be antique white" grout for eight frustrating years, and trying every "this one will do it!" hint about cleaning grout on Google, I found Sir Grout. Brian Simonitsch, Owner, and his crew were amazing, and the results were spectacular. Brian clearly explained everything I could expect, patiently suffered my many questions, and provided a quote on the spot. The work was scheduled for only about two weeks out, and his crew arrived on time. The three men worked diligently and were refreshingly polite and extremely careful with my many antiques. I'm particular and fussy; Brian came out the very next day to address the few minor issues/questions I had. It takes a LOT to have me smiling about every aspect of a home improvement contractor, and I'm smiling!

The gentlemen who came were on time, friendly, and professional. They explained exactly what they were going to do and how it would be done. After cleaning and drying the tile they proceeded to repair the grout. Both the tile and the area they repaired the grout looked great. We would recommend them and will certainly use them in the future.
