Less than a year ago I had the marble tile in our home polished and the grout redone. I chose a locally owned company also rated on Angie's to do it. They did a great job on the marble-replacing several tiles and chips BUT the grout not so much. The grout started to come out in several areas. In some parts of the house the job was A+ in others an epic fail. I exchanged several phone calls with the owner of Company X-no luck. Finally a scheduled appointment--a no show. SO---I call Sir Grout. Brian the owner very carefully looked at the problem and explained what happened and the solution. He had to go line by line and fill in the grout with a special filler. He did a test patch( for free) and we lived with it for several weeks. It held and he came back and finished the tedious and extensive job. It looks amazing! I wish I had called him in the beginning of this process.
ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! After 12 years of abuse and neglect, the white half-inch grout between our floor tiles was so discolored and stained that I was sure we would have to demolish the entire tile floor and replace it. I decided to try Sir Grout before I went that extremely costly route and I'm so glad I did. I cannot believe how awesome the floor now looks - it looks brand new! Sir Grout cleaned all of the tile and grout and then painted the grout white with an sealer. Sir Grout is amazing and I highly recommend them. Sir Grout polished my travertine floors repaired grout , cracks, and hole as needed. I worked directly with the owner Brian. He answered all of my questions. Sir Grout will be my fist call when I need my floors polished again.
Sir Grout cleaned and color sealed all the tile inside my home, including floors, counter tops, shower tile, etc. They also cleaned and sealed my stone tile on the patio, adding an enhancer that brought out the color and natural beauty of the stone. Brian from Sir Grout was excellent in every way. He was very fast to respond, got the job done on short notice, and did everything he promised. His crew was respectful and worked hard, and the quality of the work was excellent. By the way, if you are thinking of having color-sealing done on your tile, DO IT. It made the whole floor look NEW again. You really don't have an idea of how dingy it has become until you see it after the work is done. Wow. I recommend this company with no hesitation. They are just great to deal with - call them!
We are very satisfied at the services Brian and his team provided. They are on time and professional. Their price is competitive. Our house hasn't been thoroughly cleaned since it was built in 1999. They made the tile look like new. They also pay attention to our specific requirements such as repair a tilted tile, protect the transition between the wood floor and the tile during operation, etc. A few days later, Brian followed up to make sure all of our expectations are met. We are very happy with Brian and his team for their quality, efficiency, punctuality, and services!
These guys are awesome. We had Brian and his folks do both patio tile and interior tile cleaning and sealing. There are incredibly professional and detailed. The work was done about 4 months ago and it is holding up beautifully. They also repaired and sealed the stone around our spa and it looks great. We highly recommend them. Great work and reasonably priced.
Brian……Awesome! I am so happy with the outcome. It looks like the house was just built with new tile/grout. I never did like the lighter tile BUT now I do. It's funny...My husband and I don't want to walk on it with shoes on now. LOL. Well worth the $$! Great job!
The things I'm most pleased about are: the difference is remarkable and the original uneven grout now looks so even and finished. The color matches perfectly. We had the other grout companies service us before and we were never as satisfied as with Sir Grout.

Brian came into my home gave a fair price to clean and seal my travertine and ceramic tile. Most of my house is tiled so it was a big job. To my surprise they moved my furniture cleaned and seal and put back my furniture for no extra. I am getting hardwood floor place now and I have to move my furniture unless I want and extra charge. My tile looks beautiful once again. I can't tell your how professional and friendly this company is. I felt comfortable with them in my home. They came in did the job took about four hours and left with everything back in its place. I would highly recommended they guys to anyone.
Best decision I've made in a long time. I have a small condo that I just put on the market to sell. The ceramic tiles and grout were looking very very dingy and dirty. I called Sir Grout and Brian came over within 48 hours to give me an estimate. I decided on the spot to go ahead with the service. I requested the service be performed as soon as possible as I had a open house coming up. Brian was very accommodating and was able to schedule for the next day. This condo was built in 1992 and the tile is original... The tile and grout now look brand new. Amazing.
