I couldn't believe how many companies let calls go to VM. The person I spoke to was friendly kind, and very helpful. I was able to set up an initial estimate meeting on the first call. When the estimator showed up, he was awesome. Very informative and gave a great price quote. After accepting the quote, we had the date set for when the technicians came over and they did a great job, it looks like my tile was in installed brand new. I highly recommend Sir Grout.
