Get the good stuff and seal it right - my first spill wiped off with a paper towel and the grout didn't absorb any moisture at all. I only lived in the house for 6 months, but i was amazed at how much cleaner it got, and now it will stay that way!!!
Pretty simple - My slate floor were cleaned and sealed. They've never looked better.
