This was the second time Sir Grout Phoenix has brought our slate floors back to life, but we also asked if there was anything that could be done with our master bath ceramic floor tile that I was sure needed replacing.

When they had finished with the flooring, it looked and felt better than when it was installed, which says a little about the installation, but much more about the level of detail and performance by Sir Grout Phoenix.

Lastly, and this is even rarer than getting the service you feel like you paid for, which is that Sir Grout Phoenix has employees that were with the company 10 years ago when we first used them. That tells me a lot about the ownership, and we really appreciate the efforts of Zach and Juan to make sure our floors were perfect.

From the initial walkthrough and quote with Zach to the final recolor and sealing, Sir Grout Phoenix delivered professional, timely service every step of the way. In the past, we've had our floors professionally cleaned, and supposedly sealed, two years in a row, only to see the grout start looking dirty again within a week.

This time was completely different. Omar did an outstanding job, paying attention to detail and ensuring everything was done right. Our entire floor looks brand new again, and the results have held up far better than our previous experiences. We don't have to mop it as often. I highly recommend Sir Grout for anyone looking for lasting results and true professionalism.
