This was my first time using Sir Grout, and it was a good experience from start to finish! I scheduled an estimate, and Zach came to explain the process. He answered my many, many questions, gave me great advice, and he got my appointment scheduled when it was convenient for me.

On appointment day, Jose came to do the job. He was efficient, respectful, and attentive, with updates throughout the whole process. My newly cleaned and colored grout looks great!

We just had Sir Grout recolor and seal our grout, and we are thrilled how great it looks. Zach came out for the initial appointment, and he was patient when answering our questions and was thorough when presenting what Sir Grout offers.

Juan and Omar were meticulous in cleaning and re-coloring our grout. Their attention to detail was second to none. I cannot recommend Sir Grout enough! They have a customer for life now.
