They did a great job. My floors look like new again. The guys were courteous and professional. They moved the heavy furniture to clean, then put it back in the right spot. I would definitely recommend them to others.
We were looking to have 10 year old stone floors cleaned and sealed. When I first got the quote I thought it was a little high but after checking around it was right in line. Brian did an excellent job. Unfortunately, the sealing process brought out some old carpet tape marks on the stone that the previous seller had left. We were very stressed and Bryan came back out personally to do some extra works on the marks. While it wasn't perfect, we were satisfied with the overall job. I'd use Sir Grout again for sure.
We had our tile cleaned and resealed today. It looks so amazing! It's like we got new tile, it's clean and the grout looks brand new. Brian was so nice to work with and really cares about his company. I was just so impressed with this business! Will be recommending to my friends!
They came and did my tile because it was looking really bad. I think it is a national company and the owner operator is Brian Simonitsch. What they did was they sealed and colored my grout and they did that like almost a year ago. They had to come back one time and fix 2 places which they did at no charge, and my grout still looks great. The young men were really really nice. And is still looks good. I had them come back, I was satisfied, I thought it was a lot, but my girlfriend said I could expect to pay that much. They were here when they said they were coming.
Keeping two dogs in my condo was difficult and when they would not pee on the pad, the grout would smell. I found sir grout and it was such a great investment! They answered right away, came out when I needed them (even on short notice)! The job took about two hours and it was done quickly and great. My place smells brand new and the grout is clean once again. If you need your grout cleaned then I would recommend sir grout to anyone.
I never thought I would love the floor of the house we moved into unless I replaced the tile. Even the Travertine looked dull and dirty. When Sir Grout's crew showed me the cleaning and matching grout throughout the house I was surprised by how nice everything looked and I felt like I had a new floor! I'm happy with the result. I've got ceramic and natural stone and the finished product looks great. Really wanted a consistent color in the grout and the team did it. They were efficient and on time. Zack did a good job and I'd trust them to do other work for me, hopefully a long time down the road.
I used Sir Grout a few years ago and they did a great job. The job actually came in under the estimate since I told them it was 12" tile, when they got on-site, they measured and it was 13" tile, more tile = less grout so they subtracted the difference. I wouldn't have even questioned it so I recommend them due to the great job and their honesty.
