They made the tile look like new. They also pay attention to our specific requirements such as repair a tilted tile, protect the transition between the wood floor and the tile during operation, etc. A few days later, Brian followed up to make sure all of our expectations are met. These guys are awesome. We had Brian and his folks do both patio tile and interior tile cleaning and sealing. There are incredibly professional and detailed. The work was done about 4 months ago and it is holding up beautifully. They also repaired and sealed the stone around our spa and it looks great. We highly recommend them. Great work and reasonably priced.

The things I'm most pleased about are: the difference is remarkable and the original uneven grout now looks so even and finished. The color matches perfectly. We had the other grout companies service us before and we were never as satisfied as with Sir Grout.

Brian came into my home gave a fair price to clean and seal my travertine and ceramic tile. Most of my house is tiled so it was a big job. To my surprise they moved my furniture cleaned and seal and put back my furniture for no extra. I am getting hardwood floor place now and I have to move my furniture unless I want and extra charge. My tile looks beautiful once again. I can't tell your how professional and friendly this company is. I felt comfortable with them in my home. They came in did the job took about four hours and left with everything back in its place. I would highly recommended they guys to anyone.

Best decision I've made in a long time. I have a small condo that I just put on the market to sell. The ceramic tiles and grout were looking very very dingy and dirty. I called Sir Grout and Brian came over within 48 hours to give me an estimate. I decided on the spot to go ahead with the service. I requested the service be performed as soon as possible as I had a open house coming up. Brian was very accommodating and was able to schedule for the next day. This condo was built in 1992 and the tile is original... The tile and grout now look brand new. Amazing.

Brian, my expectations were exceeded. The tile floors and grout were not cleaned in 10 years and after cleaning and sealing by Sir Grout, they look new. Great job, fair price. The home was built in 1997 and the tile and grout had not been professionally cleaned since. Brian, the owner of Sir Grout, was on time for the sales presentation and gave a professional presentation with before and after photos of prior jobs and a written job bid. The crew showed up on time, moved furniture and completed the job on time. More importantly, they answered my wife's questions as the job progressed. She was happy and so was I. Amen!
