After 8 years as a rental unit we decided to make our condo our home. One of the eyesores from wear and tear was the kitchen floor. We were looking to have 10 year old stone floors cleaned and sealed. When I first got the quote I thought it was a little high but after checking around it was right in line. Brian did an excellent job. Unfortunately, the sealing process brought out some old carpet tape marks on the stone that the previous seller had left. We were very stressed and Bryan came back out personally to do some extra works on the marks. While it wasn't perfect, we were satisfied with the overall job. I'd use Sir Grout again for sure.
