Brian and his crew went above and beyond to fix my nasty master bathroom grout that looked like it was never cleaned since it was built. Well 5 stars doesn't seem to rate my experience sufficiently. My floor is definitely a 10 after Sir Grout completely restored and enhanced the beauty of my limestone floor. The floor is 22 years old and appeared to be worn out. I had scratches, cracked grout, missing grout, stains, it was ugly and I had over 1200 square feet of ugly! Their techs came in and began working on my ugly floor and after a day and a half I had a beautiful new floor. They replaced all my missing and cracked grout. My cleaning lady of 15 years could not believe that it was the same floor. Friends and family were astonished at the results and also thought that I had replaced the floor with new tile. Their techs were so polite and professional that I felt very comfortable having them work in my home. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs their floor cleaned or restored. Their pricing was more than fair for the work that they did. My floor looks brand new. It's a 10 for sure!
We had our tile floors cleaned, colored and sealed by Sir Grout and we love the results. The floor basically looks brand new again after 5 years of wear and dirt. They also gave us good advice to use a PH Neutral cleaner to keep the floor clean and sealed. The guys were on time, friendly and the price was soon much cheaper than trying to re-grout or replace the tiles.
Great to work with, and for a reasonable price. I appreciated Brian getting back to my request so quickly when we needed the job done right away, we had them there that afternoon completing the job. They also went above and beyond and fixed a problem, outside of my shower that needed some extra grout repair. My shower was a mess, and looks great now! 10/10!
I have been using Sir Grout for a couple of years and they do fantastic work!! They are professional, punctual and thorough. I had my initial deep clean for my tile throughout my house and now I get a call every year to remind me about the annual maintenance. It is affordable and more importantly, I don't have to clean it myself!!! LOL Love watching the guys clean my floors, I would highly recommend their services. I just had them clean and seal the grout in my tile shower!! They did an awesome job!! Thanks to Brian and his team of professional workers!! Oh yeah and they are always polite and respectful!!

I have been using Sir Grout with Brian and his crew since he began his business here in the Phoenix area several years ago. Our tiles were installed 16 years ago, and the house was a rental for about 10 years. Needless to say, the tiles and grout did not look good. Almost considered replacing them, until I called Sir Grout. Brian guaranteed that they would turn out really good. When I came back home to see the results, I was amazed. Really happy.
